What Happens After You Send Your Note?
- Matt Libby goes through your note himself, so he knows which openings worry you before anyone calls. Then we reach out by phone or email to pick a day for the visit.
- Matt checks each window and door on your list: the frame for square, the sill for soft wood and the glass for fog between the panes. That visit is when you learn whether an insert will do or the opening needs to come out to the framing.
- The price arrives in writing and spells out the unit, the material and the install method for every opening. Nothing gets ordered until you say go.
